Hallo Sportfreunde.

So schön wie das Wetter ist, ist es mit meinem zusätzlichem Training leider nicht.
Mein Rücken sabotiert immer öfter mein Training und ich muss aussetzen. 😒☹️
Da ich bereits eine Bandscheiben-OP. hinter mir habe muss ich das leider berücksichtigen und entsprechende Pausen einlegen.
Stimmt mich absolut Sauer.
Aber immer Tabletten schlucken ist auch nicht die Lösung.

Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.

Das mit dem Rücken ist ja blöd gerade bei dem derzeitigen schönen Wetter. Hoffe es ist bald wieder besser.

Leider schon seit Jahren Probleme, da die Wirbel ziemlich kaputt sind.
Damit muss ich leider leben.☹️☹️😁
