Hallo Sportfreunde.

Und wieder regnet es.
Aber das ist halt nicht zu ändern.
Der Rasen wächst unglaublich schnell bei diesem Wetter


und da muss ich bald wieder mähen.
Mein zusätzliches Liegestütz Programm wird auf 10 Sätze mit 35 Wiederholungen erhöht und ich hoffe, dass mein Rücken nicht wieder meckert.
Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
