Hallo Sportfreunde.

So gelingt der Start in die neue Woche 😁

Bei so einem Wetter hat man ja gute Laune, oder?

Auch meine Liegestütze gelingen zur Zeit recht gut.
Mit den 35 Wiederholungen klappt es auch, obwohl manchmal dann noch ein Satz ausfällt und es nur 9 statt 10 werden.
Startet gut in die neue Woche und bleibt gesund und fit.
