Hallo Sportfreunde.

Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, dass der April dieses Jahr überhaupt nicht mehr zu Ende geht 😂😁😉

Dieses Wechselspiel zwischen 🌞⛈️🌧️🌞🌦️⛈️🌦️🌞🌧️🌞
hört überhaupt nicht mehr auf.
Kaum das man sich umgedreht hat bietet sich schon wieder eine neue Situation.
Gut das man zum Ausgleich dafür auch so einiges selber manipulieren, bzw. Beeinflussen kann.
Dazu gehören z.B.: ☕🥫🥗🥜🍏🍉🌮🍟🤣🤣🤣
Und natürlich auch die tägliche Aktivität.

Startet gut in den Sonntag und bleibt gesund und fit.
