Hallo Sportfreunde.


Die Winterzeit hat natürlich auch seine schönen Seiten.
Wenn's dabei nur nicht so kalt wäre ❄️🥶😂😉
Als erstes kommt morgens der Hund raus während mein Kreislauf noch versucht in die Gänge zu kommen 🤣😉
Manchmal schwierig aber nicht zu ändern.
Nach dem Kaffee geht's dann wieder besser und der Tag kann kommen.
Startet gut in den Tag und bleibt gesund und fit.
