Gestern war wieder ein stressiger Tag und ich hatte reichlich zu tun.
Ich habe tatsächlich nur 1 Tasse Kaffee getrunken.
Abends um 21.00 Uhr hatte ich dann auch keine Lust mehr -und es ist nicht gut für die Nacht.
