Trump is the best example of a #TooFuckeh problem that needs solving. I consider myself a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when it comes to finding ways to take care of something that is causing more harm than good.

FJism is about influencing change in a positive way. It is not about changing anyone. It's about being aware of all the trees in the forest. Being aware of the sharpest knives in the drawer.

Up North, we Canadians do not put up with that level of stupidity. Sometimes when you have a problem you need to promote it. That was a solution I suggested one time to a senior executive and as it turned out, it was the best solution for the division. You cannot fix a problem by treating the symptoms exhibited by all who surrounds the disruption. Disruption begets more disruption. After awhile you end up on your backside wondering what happened.
