A GRATEFUL HEART

In so many ways, it has been proven that an act of giving gratitude on a daily basis is so beneficial to our health, both physical and mental such as improve our quality sleep, make us happy, reduce stress, and depression. Despite knowing that being grateful is a good things to engage in, some people still found it difficult to give thanks in every situation, they often live their life dwelling or focusing on what went wrong in their journey of life, the thing they want but they can't got, and the disappointment they experience.

Although, life is full of ups and down, some days may brings joy and happiness while the other season might brings forth several challenges and hardship. What I'm trying to say is that, being grateful shouldn't be an habit for the season of joy or happiness alone, we should learn to be grateful at all times.

However, an act of feeling grateful has been a practice of mine for over several years now, I don't take it for granted. Whenever I wake up in every morning I always reflect through one or two reasons why I'm grateful and they have always been many things in life that I am thankful for, which I'll be sharing some of it with us.

I am thankful for the beauty of nature, and how God created everything perfectly and beautiful for we mankind. Nature provide to us many benefit such as the air we breathe, water we drink, and so on. Since I was born on earth, nature is one thing I cherished a lot and I'm always grateful that I was able to walk on it, see it, feel it and enjoy them on a daily basis.

Although my father is no more, He died about 10years ago, but I am thankful for my mother. I'm grateful that she still alive and healthy. I'm thankful for the health and wealth being of my family, friends and people around me. I'm thankful that I have them in my life, I love them all and I am also grateful that they all loved me too.

I'm grateful to have a partner who truly love me, and I'm happy to have him in my life. I'm so grateful for having a successful career. I'm also grateful for my health and my partner health, I'm thankful that we are both in good health. I'm grateful for the warm loved I always received from him.
