I remember that going to the main dam site of Yanqi Lake is so soothing every time and I often go there by riding my bicycle. Every season is different here and the beauty is insane with the great natural scenic views of the lake. The amazing lighting make these views more stunning in the surrounding area. The mountains are also decorated in the far area that creas really so scenic views from the dam area of the lake with the vast lake area and the mountains after the lake.

I thought Yanqi Lake was an artificial lake! Since ancient times, the Chinese have been passionate about turning lakes, rivers, and forests into artificial parks!
I was particularly impressed by the Chinese's skill in transforming lakes and rivers into beautiful gardens!
The fantastic colors of the sunset reflected on the lake were absolutely stunning!
By the way, the buildings around the lake appear to be accommodations for tourists!
I find it most amusing when you take pictures of people's lives!
There is nothing more mysterious and wonderful than the natural environment: humans!

Yeah, these buildings are for the tourists. I am also astonished by the capability of the Chinese in making such natural scenic spots everywhere.
