It is always a great experience to explore the greenish beauty of nature, and in my living area, summer is the best time for exploring the natural scenic beauty. Especially, the forests and lakeside area of the Huairou district is really so attractive, and I often go there to pay a visit. In the middle of September, when the summer is in its peak, I have visited the the Yanqi Lake Island Scenic Area to explore the surrounding beauty. I have written about the Yanqi lake in my dozens of blogs at different corners of the lake and different beauty at different season. But unluckily I have never been to the Yanqi Lake Island as it required booking to some resorts or hotel to enter into that restricted commercial area.

Yeah, the Island is within the lake. And for size I have no parameter butvtgis one is a decent one in size.
Are there multiple lakes within Yanqi Lake?
How multiple lakes can be in one lake, I don't understand! It is one lake but has one beautiful Island in it.
The Chinese have been building canals and reservoirs to obtain clean water for living purposes for 4,000 years.
They must have created several artificial lakes!
