Dear @tanzil2024 !
Hassan!
I believe that we can maintain physical health through prayer and fasting!
I often fast for three days and drink only water.

By the way, I remember that during Ramadan, Muslims fast during the day and eat a full meal in the evening after the sun sets.
Ramadan is surprsing because I don't eat at all for 3 days and drink water while praying!

I fast and pray painfully for three days and only drink water, but do Muslims eat a delicious meal in the evening after the sun sets during Ramadan?😄

Our religion does not allow hurting people even for praying! It has been encouraged to satisfy your hunger before praying, otherwise your concentration will not be proper towards the Almighty. Your fasting is really painful but sometimes you can get some amazing health benefits from that.

Hassan! I agree with you!
Christians and Buddhists in East Asia also practice prayer and fasting as sacred religious rituals. When praying, one must always maintain abstinence and confess one's sins to God and receive forgiveness.

By the way, During Ramadan, I saw Muslims fasting when the sun was up and eating a delicious meal after the sun set.
Do you do iftar too?😄

Sure, I do Iftar but not like home as in Bangladesh, I do it with simple drinks and even with water only as I have no time to prepare foods for iftar.

I think it's unhealthy for people to Iftar for 30 days! I think it's healthier to fast for three days!
