Fresh Rolled Oats: A Special Find
Visiting the grocery store with my daughter, we noticed something new: a machine that dispenses and rolls OAT groats!
I've never seen unrolled oats before, there were a lot of groats in the shoot. Pressing the button began dispensing the groats, rolling them flat on the way out. We filled a bag of freshly rolled oats.
Our family goes through a lot of oatmeal in a single breakfast, so this bag is likely only one meal for everyone. Regardless, it smells amazing! I tried some dry and it tasted different from what we're used to. Nuttier and sweeter.
So this is what freshly rolled oats taste like! What a special treat!

Hello my colleague @gratefuleveryday, I am glad that you and your children consume a lot of oatmeal. This is a food with high nutritional value and very good for the care of our health, especially to help the digestive system in its proper functioning. Unfortunately in Cuba to do so is a luxury that is not available to everyone, I hope one day not too far away, Cubans will have that possibility. However, I am very happy to see how she defends traditional family values and within these values, to see how she takes care of her children and watches over a healthy diet. Something that undoubtedly should serve as an example to all fathers and mothers who read your publications. Thank you for sharing your experiences.

Probably same as coffee. Freshly ground coffee brings out more flavors.

I've never seen oatmeal like this before. I consume oatmeal in smoothies after my workout at the gym.

It reminds me of a video I watched a week ago about addressing death that starts with the legs. Oat is the number one food mentioned in the video. Number one is sweet potato.
The Oats are one of the best food for the life.
