Morning Steps on a Lonely Street
This morning, I walked along a quiet dirt road, surrounded by green rice fields and the silence of the countryside. The air still felt humid, with the remnants of dew that had not yet completely evaporated. The sky was streaked with a silvery gray color, decorated with a shy orange glow emerging from behind the clouds, a sign that a new day had come.
There was something calming about this place where time seemed to slow down, and the sounds of nature were the only music that accompanied my steps. A large tree stood alone on the left side of the road, like a loyal guard accompanying anyone who passed by. Electric cables hung in the air, connecting this quiet life with the outside world.
In the distance, small buildings appeared faintly, side by side with rows of coconut trees whose silhouettes became clearer in the light of dawn. Everything felt peaceful, like a new world untouched by the hustle and bustle of humans. Moments like this reminded me that not all beauty has to be sought far away, sometimes it is enough to pay attention to what is around us, and let ourselves sink into simple tranquility.
