School Is In Session!
REBELLION IN THE QUEEN CITY
This #beersaturday school is in session! The subject for today is HISTORY.
I am a firm believer that as a society we should ditch all textbooks and just use beer cans to teach our young people. I am sure they would find learning far more interesting and are more likely to remember everything that is taught from a beer can. Worked for me in College, just saying.
Easy teach, I agree. I just have a theory that beer makes everything easier. And I am going to put that theory to a test later on in this very post.
BEER NAME: Hornet's Nest
STYLE: Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.3%
BREWER: Olde Mecklenburg Brewing of Charlotte, North Carolina
APPEARANCE: golden color, cloudy and pours with a small head
AROMA: fruity
TASTE: spicy cloves
MOUTHFEEL: light body, carbonates well with a clean finish
Overall a nice refreshing beer!
Normally, I have a trivia contest at the end of my posts. However, this week school is in session!
Your assignment is to read the back of the beer can posted below. The first student who answers a history question in the comments below earns a BEER TOKEN. The next five students who answer correctly get a full upvote from @handofzara.
QUESTION: During what WAR, did England's General Cornwallis give the City of Charlotte, North Carolina the nickname "Hornet's Nest"?
I know you will all do just fine on this History exam!
See y'all next #beersaturday.
And remember DITCH THE TEXTBOOKS!
Sir?! Sir?! Was it the Revolutionary War? And can I go to the toilet please?

I didn't know there is Hefeweizen in Amerika, would be very interesting how it tastes compared with German Hefeweizen.
Victory tastes so good. Like a long drought on a perfected Hefeweizen.
I know I'm late, but I can't help but raise my hand and wait patiently for the teacher to call on me. "IKNOWIKNOWIKNOW! The American Revolutionary War!
