BACK TO BASIC RULE IS A GOOD BATTLE FOR DJINN APPRENTICE

Hello splinterlanders, how are you doing today? I knew by now many players have claimed their season reward. I was waiting for my season reward when I knew that season was about to end.
Well! I got one important monster which is Djinn Oshannus. The rare monster was my biggest reward for this season.
I was jealous and also happy to hear from one of my friends that he got a seasonal reward of $500. That was an awesome reward; I understand that he is one of the big players in the game. I am not surprised about earning such a reward because that is just one advantage big players enjoy in this game. The more your investment the more your profit.

This weekly challenge took me back to when I started splinterlands, the only summoner I loved to use was fire summoners and I only had marlic inferno. I continued to play splinterlands because of my love for the game.

Djinn apprentice was the monster for this week. This monster can only fight in battles when fire summoners are used.
Good monster to battle in this some battle rules such as the type of battle rule in this battle. The full strength of this monster comes out in level six.
Level 6 is where the deathblow ability will be activated, and it does 2x damage to opponent monsters. This simply means that if the magic attack of djinn apprentice is 3; when attacking a monster, it damages 6 health from the attacked monsters.
Deathblow is the only ability of Djinn apprentice.

PERFECT POSITION TO USE DJINN APPRENTICE
The position to use some monsters is determined by the rules of the battles. There are times I used furious chicken as the first monster, there are times I used it also as the last monster, and there are times I used it in the middle.
All these were determined by the rules of the battle and number of mana given in the battle. There are times 12 mana is given, this type of battle requires furious chicken to be used by me if it is available.

One of the rules that ‘Djinn apprentice’ are good at is the back-to-basics rule. When I saw this rule today, I checked the summoner available, there were no water summoners available for me because that is the summoner, I have many magic monsters. I realized it was a perfect opportunity to use a Djinn apprentice. Without wasting time, I arranged my monsters.

Back to basic rule, melee monsters can only attack in the first position, this is the reason magic monsters like Djinn apprentice can be used in any position.
Ranged monsters are useful also but the moment they lead the battle, such monsters cannot attack.

RULESET

BACK TO BASIC: monsters lose all abilities

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE: Monsters with melee attack may not be used in the battles.

MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT

GELATINOUS CUBE: Keep your distance rule has ruled out the use of melee monsters. Therefore, melee monsters cannot be used because they won't be available.
Hence, I need monsters with high numbers that could delay from reaching other monsters. It would have been very difficult to win this battle if I placed any monster, they did have a high amount of health.
Before gelatinous was eliminated, I had already achieved my first target which was to eliminate my opponent’s first monster.

ALMO CAMBIO: I was 100% sure that gelatinous would be eliminated. That was the reason I placed Almo Cambio as the second monster to lead the battle when gelatinous is finally eliminated.
Almo cambio led the battle at the beginning of the second round and led the battle to victory.

LAVA LAUNCHER: the close range would not be able to work in this battle due to back to basic rule that nullified all the abilities of monsters.
I really needed the ranged attack of this monster, and third position was the best position. Though, I was thinking that almo cambio might be eliminated also but was confident that much damage would have done to my opponent monsters.

DJINN INFERNI: the 3 magic attack was very vital, and fifth position was suited for this monster because it has a lower amount of health. Using this type of monster as the first monster is a waste of monsters because it would be eliminated without wasting time.

DJINN APPRENTICE: Apprentice was the last monster because there was no opportunity, snipe and sneak monsters that could attack djinn apprentice in that position. This would give this monster more time to attack than the rest of my monsters.

I like this monster but the problem I have with lower health monsters such as Djinn Apprentice is that they are easily eliminated by opportunity monsters.
It is a good monster suitable to use in different battle rules; good to use in the middle and if possible, to use it when the rule gives armor to all monsters.

I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness.
