ONE NEVER GETS BORED, ONE ONLY LIVE A BORING LIFE: MY BEST THERAPY TO CURE BOREDOM

Hello, how are you today? I was thinking about this topic today, and my mind came up on different things of which I will contradict myself in some of them.
Boredom is like I am tired of doing something either for a long time or short time. Boredom is losing interest in doing something.
As human beings, there are times we are bored with certain things. My uncle told me that he’s bored with his wife. What he said surprised me because how can you be bored with your wife; someone you promised that only death can part us, she’s now bored to you.
He said, “There are times I even get bored with something I love most, something I can do without, something I cherished most. There were times I was bored with my children because of their behavior, I don’t feel like seeing them. It was exactly the period the company I worked for took four of us to a program for 4 weeks; the program was not even in my country; it was one of the neighboring countries.
“I was very happy when I was nominated as part of the workers for the program: my wife was not happy at all because she doesn’t like to be without me for long. After four days I left home, I was already missing my 2 children, and my wife. I felt like seeing them. I was calling them through WhatsApp video call, and was using zoom to call them also.
“After the program, when I was leaving the country, it was like I left my family for a year. This was how I realized that boredom is something we all feel. Some people feel it in their workplace, especially when their bosses are giving them a tough time, when some people face serious challenges, and when situations are not palatable”.

I will start from my profession. By profession I am a teacher: I get bored of my profession, I feel like getting another job that is more lucrative than that. I get bored teaching at times and I leave my office and go to another place for motivation. It happened to me this week, after I taught a class in mathematics this week, I was left with two classes to complete before the work of that date would be done.
I was really bored teaching the remaining two classes, and I left the staff room, headed to staff quarter; when I got to the staff quarter, I slept for 3 hours. When I woke up, it was like my energy was renewed. Though, my periods I was supposed to use have gone already, but I took the opportunity of an English teacher that went for a seminar: I taught with zeal and passion that very moment. The students don’t want me to leave the class because they were very happy with the way I taught them.
Another scenario is that, I am a man that is always on system, immediately I finish teaching, I am on my computer, even while I am teaching, my computer is on: the moment I came into staff quarter, I checked my computer and chatted for like 5 minutes, headed back to the next class.
There are times when I don’t have work in the school, after I marked the register because I am a class teacher: the next thing was to work on my computer throughout the day.
Most of the time, when I am close in the office for the day, I don't have any work again other than to sit with my computer at home. I spend less than 5 hours at home with my computer after working in the office.

Despite how I find it comfortable to work on the computer for hours, because I work on the computer for less than 10 hours a day. I get bored at times, I get bored sitting in a position for long, I get bored changing my sitting positions.

One thing I do is to stand up in my sitting position and walk around the school, my home for a few minutes, and go for 2 hours training with my football team which usually starts at 4:00pm. Then, I got back to my seat again: This helped me a lot to get rid of boredom. This is my best therapy to cure boredom.

For me, boredom is inevitable, but I used exercises and sleep to get rid of it. It might be because of my love for football that made it work for me. I have friends when they are bored, some of them watch TV series, movies, play chess, table tennis, listen to music and many more.

My perception about boredom might be different because of the way we understand the concept. This is another way I perceive boredom.
I was about to conclude this topic when this came to my mind, that one never gets bored, one only lives a boring life. Living a boring life simply means one is not living your life to the full of your potential; you are not living a life of productivity; living in idleness.
After I finished my bachelor’s program, I was looking for a job for 3 months. The three months was like a hell to me because my mind was not settled, as I was searching for work online, I was searching for companies to submit my CV, I was not happy because I was not living in a life I desired for myself, the life I was living then was too far beyond my expectations.
I was just confused because there was no one I could meet for employment; I understand one needs connections to get a job and I had none.
I could not do my best activity which I do to reduce pressure, I could not relate to my friends like when I was in school, I could not make jokes the way I do that made my friends smile and laugh, I turned into a sadist, I was moody all the times, I stayed indoor, I went to place I am not well known, staying for hours and thinking about my life. It was like I had come to the end of my life.
This is exactly a life of boredom: unproductive life, empty life, worrisome moments, not making the best use of your time. Boredom is not only when you are tired of doing something just the way said in the first paragraph.

HOW DO I GET OUT OF BOREDOM
I kept myself occupied. I make sure I am up to something the moment I know that I am bored. I kept on going out for any available daily job through friends, watching English premier league and champions league, and went for religious gatherings. Before I knew it, there was no time for me to be bored. After three months, I got an appointment.

I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness.

To be honest, I also like to produce something when I'm bored. Reading a session book doesn't give me much satisfaction, but instead, I like to write descriptions for the next dnd game that my friends and I gather for.
As you mentioned last, I am looking for something to do for myself.
Sitting idle and wasting life in front of the TV really increases boredom.

Boredom and laziness seems to be two contradicted subjects , because as an individual at times as you did integrated . Even some of our jobs can make us get sense bored within , which can actually leads to boredom. Why laziness is a raw state of being idle , that not attempting anything worthwhile at all.

Base on such given concepts as I have there , one should get note . That , boredom is mainly thing of an individual state of the mind.

Because you get sense bored in your subconscious , when let it get stronger . Then it get affect your conscious self , now this state . You can get tag most appreciative things boredom.
