Personal Life: Financial Goal

Hello hiveans, how are you today? Congratulations to all fathers in hive, celebrating today, Father's Day. It is a sign to show how very important fathers are, my WhatsApp status was flooded with Father's Day.
One of the pictures that I really loved was the picture that defined what ‘fathers are’. The picture gave me the full meaning of father.
F- friendship: father creates an atmosphere of friendship with his children, builds a good relationship with his wife.
A-Affection: loves his children to the death, even when they are wrong, he always loves them. Loves the wife and shows love to everyone. This made me remember how my father was protecting me and scolding me whenever I did wrong things. When my mother was away, my father would prepare food for me before I came back from school. My father would come to my room and check if I had slept. He always does that every day, covering me with a blanket and going back to his room.
Hmmm! This reminded me of a day I was shivering in the room alone, when my father came into my room and found me shivering, he quickly took me and called my mother for attention.
T-Teacher: He was a teacher, teaching me many things about life, and sometimes took me through life lessons. It showed me a lot about life and taught me how to do it. He was my mentor, teacher, and everything. I wish to see him every day of my life but death is inevitable, death took him away unnoticed.
H-Humor: what a father that likes to crack jokes with his children and also meant whatever he said. Though, I talked more to my mother than father because I am always scared of being scolded by him, but he understands me without telling him my problems.
I remember when I was still little, he took me on his shoulder and carried me everywhere he went. What a great father!
E-Enthusiasm: my father is enthusiastic, good and truthful. Happy with us as children.
R-Role Mode: He was my role model in many areas of life.

Personal life
When I saw this post today in the weekend community, I was eager to write something about my personal life.
I love this topic so much.
The first question is, ‘are you happy with the way your personal life stands currently? To be sincere, I am not happy with the present situation I am in right now because there are many things, I am eager to achieve but couldn’t.
Last year, at the beginning of the year, precisely in January, I set goals for myself and I was not able to achieve 30% of my goals which are very important to me.
One of the goals was a financial goal; up till this moment, I am able to fulfill the goal I set for myself.
There are so many things I need right now but could not afford, there are so many things to do but I could not do them because I lack the resources to implement them.
Yesterday, when I looked at my agenda for this year, I was surprised that I have not fulfilled 10% of it and we are already in the middle of the year.
I just want to be financially independent. I have been working for many years to gain financial dominion but it seems like all my efforts are in vain.
Last month I joined a betting platform where I was duped with a huge amount of money worth $207. It was really huge because it is a big amount of money in my country.
I am just trying everything to fulfill my major goal. My sister will have her wedding on July 29th, 2022. I haven't gotten everything ready for her wedding.
Not being able to get what i want at a time makes me feel like i am incompetent, which i don’t really like it. It makes me feel emotional imbalance and depression.

What would I change about myself or my personal life to shape it into the life I would like to have?
Gaining financial dominion is not an easy task. One of the richest politicians in my country was asked a question that said, “you are contesting for president in Nigeria, your state in number 27 richest state in Nigeria. For the past 20 years, what impact have you made in your state? How sure can you make an impact if you become the president?”
This man said it is not easy to build wealth, it is not a day job. Building wealth also takes time.
I will continue to strive to gain financial dominion, I will make sure I get a good business.
Hmm! My problem is not to get a good business, I already have business in mind that i can do in my environment but the major problem is the capital to start the business. I am going to work on how to get capital to start the business.
This is how I can shape my life to the life I like to have. If I am financially stable, my life will be okay.
I did not say that only financial freedom will make me have the total life I want but the most ultimate thing I need right now is financial freedom. It will solve 60% of my problems.
