THE POWER OF MOLTEN ASH GOLEM IN EXPLOSIVE WEAPONRY RULE

Hello splinterlanders, how are you today? Hope you are feeling good. Today’s battles were really good, i was able to get 11 focus chests. 11 focus chests weren’t bad at all.

Molten ash Golem is a rare fire monster, with the ability to be in the first position because of the close-range ability. This monster is very useful in some battle rules such as when melee monsters are not allowed to use in the battles. Molten ash Golem can be used as the first monsters in battles.

Statistically, Molten ash Golem is good sweet able to use in level 3 because of the 2-range attack. I saw i have encountered level 3 of Molten ash Golem in battles, it is very incredible to attack.
One of the disadvantages of Molten ash Golem is the speed. Hence it is not good to use in battles that require speed. The monster is very slow to attack, because of its speed: level 1-2 has 1 speed, level 3-6 has 2 speeds and level 7-8 has 3 speeds.

The health of this monster always motivates me to use it in battles. in this battle, what made me to use Molten ash Golem was the health of the monster. I knew it would take longer to be eliminated. This monster is very useful in any position because of its close-range ability.
It is sweeter to use when level 5 is activated due to its weakening ability. I like this weakened ability for reducing the health of opponent monsters. I used monsters with weaken ability in battles and I know the advantages in battles.

BATTLE RULES

EXPLOIVE WEAPONRY: All monsters have the blast ability. I need a monster with a high amount of health in the second position, and i want a monster that can also attack in first position in this battle, that was the major reason i placed Molten ash Golem in second position. I would have used fineas rage the second position but if i used fineas rage I won’t be able to use creeping ooze and creeping ooze was very important as fineas rage. Though creeping ooze did not attack but i needed it to reduce the speed of opponent monsters so that my monsters can attack faster.

RISE OF THE COMMONS: Only common and rare monsters may be used in battles. It is very clear that only certain monsters may be used.

MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT

CERBERUS: my opponent was very smart, i mean @mercurial9. He used furious chicken as the first monster because he knew that sea monsters do not have high speed; I can come with monster with high speed of which I did.
Hmmmm! If the sea monster had not missed the first attack, I may not have shared this battle here because he might have won the battle.
Cerberus’ healing health ability gave me hope that it can last in this battle even if the monster is massively attacked. That was the reason i placed Cerberus as the first monster. The first position is the best position for this monster in this battle. Putting Cerberus in any position rather than first position may render the monster useless because it won’t attack.

MOLTEN ASH GOLEM: I just guessed that the battle may be intense in the first position; since all monsters in the battle have blast ability, the second monster would be greatly affected, that was the reason i placed Molten ash Golem in the second position since it has 10 health.
Since 19 mana was given to me, if they had given me above 19, I would have changed my plan. There was no monster suited for second position in this battle because if i use Serpentine spy as second monster, blast ability will affect Serpentine spy. Therefore, there was not monster that i could rather than Molten ash Golem in second position.

SERPENTINE SPY: this is a big opportunity to use this monster. I read the battle very well and i knew my opponent would use monster with smallest health in this battle. This was because mana was 19 and as a player you wouldn’t like to use one or two monsters in this battle; you would like to use more than two monsters, and using more than two monsters simply means monsters with small health would be among.
A player would not like to use important monsters with small health in the front position just like my opponent used those monsters with smallest health in the middle and last positions.
Speed monsters were highly needed in this battle; if your monsters attack faster, it could give you an edge to win the battle. The Serpentine spy’s speed was very high because it was the third monster that attacked in this battle.

CREEPING OOZE: I needed to create room for this monster because it was important as other monsters that attack in this battle. I need slow ability to reduce the speed of my opponent monsters. Without creeping ooze, i would have been in trouble because my opponent monsters would have had more opportunity than my monsters.

KOBOLD MINER: I was left with 2 mana and kobold miner was the only choice monster I could think of. Kobold miner attacked and destroyed the creeping ooze of my opponent; this gave me more opportunity to attack faster.

FURIOUS CHICKEN: it was to protect my monsters behind. I was thinking my opponent could use opportunity or sneaky monsters, this would have protected kobold miner from elimination.

In conclusion, molten ash golem is a good monster to us in any position, but I like to use it in certain battles. It is an interesting monster to use and call upon whenever i want it. This monster is my choice monster I used and I will continue using it.

I stand up for success, and success is not achieved by merely making mouth, No room for laziness, no room for idleness.
