Hello my friends, how are you today? I saw this @leofinance challenge some days ago. Since then, I have been thinking of where to start.
When I was in one of the developed areas in my state, I spent more because things were really expensive over there and the cost of living was very high.
Though, you get everything you want without wasting time: even if you want delivery to your doorstep, you will get it.
I was with my family during all this time. My family spent less than $4 to prepare soup. We bought 1kilo of watch worth $2 then, and other ingredients.
After I got a job far away from where my family was living: because of the distance I left them and I got a rented apartment near my office.
Yearly, I paid $180 for my rented apartment. It was very easy for me to go to my office: my office to my house is a 5 minutes' walk. Hence, i managed to get away with transport money which is one of the biggest ways that sap money from people.
I manage to minimize the way I spend money here because where I buy most of my things is far away from my house. I get everything I need from a supermarket at once. These items served me for more than 2 months except milk and tea I buy every month.
Whenever i went to the supermarket, i bought a quarter bag of rice for $15, beans $3.79, a pack of spaghetti worth $7.5, cooking oil $3.7, toothpaste $1.3, milk $4.5, tea $3.9, bathing soup $3.9, and many more i did not remember.
I don’t spend more than $45 to get my food stuff and other things. These foods take me more than 70 days. All I needed to do is to keep buying soup ingredients which cost me $2 to get fish.
This soup can serve me for two days or more since it is only me.
I do buy fruit in my working place worth 46 cents most of the time but not every day.
Approximately, I spend $2.4 every day and $100 will take me more than. Hence, 100HBD will take me 40 days, no matter how i spend this money, since i did not buy cloth from it, it will take 40 days to finish 100HBD
100HBD is a lot of money in my area. There is a family man that doesn't earn such an amount of money in 2 months and they are succeeding in taking care of the family.
