WHAT IS YOUR HIVE AND SPLINTERLANDS PROJECTS FOR 2023?

Hello gamers, how are you doing? 2022 was a really tough year for the whole cryptocurrency and #play2earn games. We believe that that is what crypto world looks like, there are winter and summer seasons in crypto. That is the reason there is a bear time and bull run. That is what makes crypto amazing; both can be used to make profit if you know the logic.

I thank God that I planned for 2022, just little out of my plan was fulfilled; I am happy that I set goals for myself and the goals was motivating me to work smart. The goals were always in my mind, and I was pursuing them with all my heart, conscious of those goals and making all effort to make sure my goals were achieved to some extent.

Building my Splinterlands account was my major goal for the year 2022, and I was really conscious about this goal. That was the reason I participated in chaos legion; I tried my best to get a loan for 100 chaos legions. I got the loan, utilized for the purpose and paid back in no time. That was how I upgraded my account from silver to gold league.

THESE ARE PROJECTS FOR 2023
Goals are very important in life, which is the reason we must set goals for ourselves. A successful man must set goals because when a goal is achieved, success is achieved.
The following are my 2023 projects: -
My Splinterlands project continues: I am about to reach gold league 2; I believe I will soon reach 150,0000 cp in few weeks.
My thought was to reach 200,000cp before 2023; right now, it cannot be possible again this year to achieve it. This does not mean that I failed to achieve the goal, it simply means I am on the path but did not get the reason to achieve my goal.
The Splinterlands project will continue in 2023. I will not give up until I fulfill it
This project is what I can achieve before the end of 2022 if I have the money; since I don't have the money right now, I have to continue working toward it bit-by-bit. This is the fact that I don't have money to do so at once.
More Hive power (HP): Right now, I have achieved over 1300HP; by the end of March 2023, I want to get more than 2000 HP. I saw one of my friends in a hive, he had over 50,000 Hp.
I asked him a question: how do you make Hive Power? He said, "Chris, when I realized that I needed to build my Hive power, that was the moment I started powering up my liquid hive, and buying more from the market. I was making posts every day; I was getting more HP and Hive. That was how I got more Hive power".
After I chatted with him for an hour, I realized how dumb and lazy I was. I knew that I needed to work smart in order to achieve my goal.

More SPS staking: I have been eating all my SPS and I don't have any. I have just over 500 sps in my staking whereas many players have over 100,000.
I want to have sps even if it is small; I want to have more than what I have now.
Sps is part of Splinterlands assets that one must get. Therefore, if there is an opportunity for me to get more, I will get it.

Building networking: building a network is very important. I learned it today according to a man that facilitated the topic about habits of effective people. He said, "your association completes my blessing". Building relationships with people can bring blessings to you. Blessings are not only money, but everything that makes you happy. I am in discord server that I benefitted many things, I learned many things from the conversation in that server; when I have problems, some of their conversations was the solutions to my problems.
In 2023, I need to build a network with people in hive ecosystem: building network is very crucial to success. I have been building it but I need to build more, I need to interact with people and tap into their knowledge, I need to learn what others have that I don’t have, all these are possible in hive ecosystem.

Sharing one of the battles I played today, I like this battle because of the strategy I used. Comparing his summoner and monsters, there was no way i could defeat him. His summoner was in level 6 and 5 out of 6 monsters were in level 6.
My summoner is in level 3 and only 2 out of six monster i used were in level 4, the rest of the monsters were in level 3 and below.

RULESET

FOG OF WAR: Monsters lose the sneak and snipe ability. This simply means that snipe monsters may not be available which was true; i was searching the monsters available for the battle, there were no monsters with snipe ability.
Though, I saw monsters with sneak ability but cannot attack unless such monsters were used in the first position.
Infact, my opponent used kobold miner which is a sneaky monster. This monster did not attack until it led the battle.

EQUALIZER: The initial health of all monsters is equal to that of the monster on either team with the highest base health.

MONSTERS ARRANGEMENT

PELACOR CONJURER: my plan worked very well; the flying ability really worked in this battle. My plan was to use pelacor conjurer to delay because of the equality rule, all opportunity monsters would keep on attacking the first monsters.
Also, it was very glaring that fog of war would not allow monsters with sneak ability to attack except when such a monster lead the battle and snipe ability monsters may not be available at all.
I was confident that my monsters would use opportunity monsters, and the best thing was to use pelacor conjurer due to its flying ability.

SUNKAI HARVESTER: reach ability monsters are very useful in this battle. Since monsters given were 4 mana below, and using sunkai was very important because it was one of the best monsters in my lineup.

TEMPORA MASTER: this monster used the first round to attack and second round to attack. The sweetest thing about this monster was that it does 3x damage to the target.

DIVINE HEALER: this monster was healing the health of pelacor conjurer each round, that was the reason pelacor was not eliminated in this battle.

ARMORSMITH: this was to repair the armor of the damaged monsters; pelacor conjurer was the only monster that its armor was damaging, and armorsmith kept on repairing its armor.

HALFLING ALCHEMIST: breaking the weapon of all monsters leading the opponent lineup.
