Viewing My Low And High Budget Meal

avatar

Food is any solid or liquid we take to keep ourselves going. Most times we feel that food is that strong food that when we take them our body gets strong and ready to go. In my classification of food I will go down to say the liquid and the solid. Some of the liquid food in my list includes juice of all kinds, portage and the solid includes, hand food, snacks, rice etc

Some time ago one of my friends told me that his son don't like eating, and the only thing he feels comfortable to take is millet drink, you know when children are teething their body system changes. I was like, can it form waste(poo), he said yes. Of a truth, when you take this millet drink popularly know as kunu consistently for a month, you will give a good testimony. In my house, the most common food I give to my children from six months till the time they can comfortably eat solid meals and get satisfied is Tom brown... it contains lots of nutrients infact all the six classes of food is contained in it and in a good quantity.

Now to the Cheapest food I have eaten

The cheapest food I have eaten is kunu. Kunu is a millet drink. The process of Preparation is not so difficult, during my University days I used to think that preparing kunu is difficult because severally they have tried to explain to me how it is been done. Well, after I got married I decided to give a try and saw it is very simple. Kunu does not need any sugar at all because of the ingredients contained have enough sweet taste already.

Let me tell you briefly how it's been prepared.
Measure out the quantity of millet you wish to use and wash it properly. Sock it for about two hours and take it to the grinding Mill to grind it. Some other ingredients includes, ginger, gloves, dry potatoes, rice seedlings,. Pound all the dry ingredients before taking it to the mill.

Kunu is so simple to be prepared and you will enjoy it more if you prepare it yourself.

Down to the most expensive food I have eaten

Egusi soup is the most expensive food I have ever eaten. See, if you don't have foods don't dare to prepare egusi soup using Abia State method. There are different methods used in preparing egusi soup and the method you use depends on the one you like best.

There is this style we use In my place called moulded egusi(melon). Akpuru akpu egusi consumes so much egusi. For instance, if you wish to prepare egusi soup using this method and you have just a cup of the egusi my best advice is for you to forget it for another day. To give me what I want I usually make use of four cups of egusi for my quantity. This method of Preparation will make your soup look more inviting.

On a good day I will demonstrate to you how this soup is being prepared.

I wish you try out my cheapest food and give me a feed back how it tastes. Till I come your way again, thank you for stopping by dear friends.

Egusi soup is very expensive honestly but then, man will survive, it's one of my favorite soups.

I like kunu so much, it's something I am known for at my house, sometimes when my mom goes for meeting, she holds a bag to collect kunu for me
