Without them, none of this exists.

I guess you say this about your worldly overlords too?

Funny shit coming from you.

Let me fix it for you. Unless you participate they fail like the clowns they are.

I think the way out of this mess is organizing our own response to it.
What form that takes is open to suggestion, but dumping and leaving is not going to change anything.
So far they let me say what I have to say, but I have never attacked the hive as a scam nor dumped everything while making threats to blast the hive on twitter, either.
IF we want the hive to live up to its potential, it is up to us to smooth over the rough edges.
Persist, hope is on the horizon, iyam.

When I discovered that @ned basically owned steemit and most of the steem. I often pondered why everyone was building and thinking they owned something.
Reality struck some of us when he sold it. Others still think they own something that others completely own and control.
Reality will never hit them will it?
There are a few people here that own this, you participate at their behest.

Going to the circus is not going to fix the clowns. I have 0 hope for any centralized platform that claims to be decentralized. Its like Washington DC on AOL.
Good day!

Yeah, I am waiting for the hive on exchanges and some of the unknown accounts to come out as ned and dan.
I think it will be hilarious.
The price will probably take a hit, but, it will come back.
If you can point me to another platform that pays as well as this one, I'm all ears.
I haven't done as well as I would like, but no other platform has given me what being in the hive has.

I have no hope to get any return for WORDS someone else created.

Think about this place a little more...
think about the true intent of the unknown money guys who funded it.

Not the George Orwell 1984 words they have sold everyone.

I'm sure it is the exact opposite. Too many fake anon guys who claim their identity would jeopardize their family.
Any platform is built for a purpose. Can you trust people when money is involved? NO

Have you ever read through the reddit from the founding?
Then it get sold to the CCP? You cant make this up. What a miniature version for what is happening in the real world.

Crypto is the future of money.
Hive is one of the best cryptos.
Until the exchange and anonymous hive accounts come out as ned and dan there is a cloud hanging over it, granted.
But, still one of the best cryptos out there.
There are only 400million hive, those anonymous accounts can't sell them more than once without buying them back at market prices.
I think this will all shake out just fine for the people that persist.
Presuming the world doesn't crash, and go mad max, at which point working gardens will be worth more than money.
Somehow I doubt the rich people will allow the profits to go poof.
They also get the pitchforks and torches in a mad max scenario, so I'm discounting that as an option.

Presuming that we won't go full Looking Backwards and will go And Then There Were None, at least partially, I figure the hive will persist into the foreseeable future.

No doubt brigands set the code in motion, but it is we that will carry it forward.
No reason we can't make it live up to its potential.
Just a matter of persistence.

The only good thing a blockchain is good for is to log every single transaction for every single satoshi ever spent. No place to hide your electronic coins. That is so funny that the fake decentralized system is sold as the opposite. Freedom loving people are fooled(greed wins) into embracing something that will be the greatest tool in their enslavement.
The good folks from steem worked out many of the bugs in the new enslavement currency. This current thing called blockchain is the tyrants wet dream for exchange. But its is like windows 98 already. Have you heard of the new open ledger system called HBAR It spanks all into the ground.
Every transaction is logged and unapproved transactions will not occur.

About Hedera

The Hedera network is the most used, sustainable, enterprise-grade public ledger for the decentralized economy. The platform is governed by a council of the world's leading organizations, including Avery Dennison, Boeing, Chainlink Labs, Dentons, Deutsche Telekom, DLA Piper, EDF (Électricité de France), eftpos, FIS (WorldPay), Google, IBM, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), LG Electronics, Magalu, Nomura Holdings, ServiceNow, Shinhan Bank, Standard Bank Group, Swirlds, Tata Communications, University College London (UCL), Wipro, and Zain Group.

For more information, visit www.hedera.com, or follow us on Twitter at @hedera, Telegram at t.me/hederahashgraph, or Discord at www.hedera.com/discord. The Hedera whitepaper can be found at www.hedera.com/papers.

This is the future of money and it is not good. Good for only the Criminals who run and establish the system.

If they are logging every transaction how is that different than any other open ledger?

I get that money is a criminal enterprise regardless of how it is issued/secured, but of the ones I've seen, I still like the hive the best.
The price action could use some adjustment, but what do you do?

All those corporate names attached to hbar make me leery, all those corporations will want to cash out at some point expecting to profit.
I'd rather feed the whales here than anybody on that list there.

I'd absolutely prefer a Looking Backwards option, but good luck getting that past the braindead sleeple.
'That's communism!'
Yes, and it is a better alternative to what we have.

I guess I'll just have to climb the hill here.

https://www.zerohedge.com/crypto/will-world-soon-be-ready-central-bank-digital-currencies-imf-thinks-so

Its all an agenda. They want us to have no other means of transfer but some system they created and control. Crypto is just the latest method of that control and for the most part cheaper and more profitable for those in control.

They can not track rocks if we decide to use them as a transfer of wealth. I have not found the system that would work for free men.

Lol, you should read Looking Backwards, it really does illustrate a working model that does better at managing production than what we have today.
And Then There Were None would work, too, but it isn't as complete.
These issues have all been worked out before, we just aren't allowed to know about them.
