In our country, no initiative is welcomed; at best, they will be charged with non-payment of taxes for the collection for homeless animals; at worst, they may announce that the funds were collected for extremist activities + sponsorship from abroad (I know several such cases) therefore: we do what we can and how we can on our own and at our own expense.
