My Actifit Report Card: April 21 2025

A good start to Monday..

Started doing my steps walking indoors, inside the flat and common balcony on the floor I stay.

In my building, Water tank repair started yesterday. They are replacing one and patching another. I went to the terrace to see the progress. First time I took the lift to the fifth floor (terrace). But return, climbed down the stairs. I had to go to the terrace two more times. both times, I climbed up and down the stairs. A good addition to my exercise 😁. Completing 5000+ steps for the day.

I may go out later for a short walk in the late evening or just relax and watch the IPL t20 cricket match.
