My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2025

An early start to the day. Weather was ok, with few rainy spells

Today, I had to take mom to the doctor. For that I had to go early to the clinic to get number as it’s first come first serve. The clinic is 20 minutes by walk. After getting the number I walked back home to pick up mom. I took a cab both ways.

After dropping mom at home, i went out to buy medicines from the local medical shop.

Later added approx 4000+ steps walking indoors, inside the flat and the common balcony on the floor i stay.

Completing 11000+ steps for the day.

Currently watching day 2 of the test match between india and England.
