A decent start to the day.

Started doing my steps indoors.

After 11am, I went to the diagnostic center to give mom’s stool sample for analysis. I took a cab to the center, but walked back home. A good 15/20 minutes walk.

Throughout the day I added more steps, walking in the flat and the common balcony on the floor I stay.

I did go out in the evening to get a document scanned.

Completing 6000+ steps for the day.
