My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2026

Not so exciting start to the day.

Started doing my steps walking indoors.

Around 3pm, I went out to buy bread from the local bakery.

Wasn’t planning to complete my steps. But after 7pm, I pushed myself and added 3000+ steps walking in the common balcony.
Completing 5000+ steps for the day.

A day full of one or two highs and lots of lows. Anyways looking forward to a better day tomorrow.
