My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2026

Early start to the day.

In the morning, I took my mom to the doctor. The clinic was crowded and it took us more than 2 hours. I spent most of my time walking in the corridor.

In the evening, I went out to buy few groceries and biscuits from the reliance mall. The mall is 15 minutes walk from my place. I walked to the mall and back home.

Throughout the day I also added steps walking indoors.

Completing 12000+ steps for the day.
