I was younger then, but of course, older than I am today. It was over 20 years ago, and I finally got my first mobile phone that year. I was still in school, but I couldn't find any motivation. How I wish I had.
Meanwhile, I kept listening to music. At that time, my favorite radio station was K-Lite, which was based in Baguio City. Finding a good signal was difficult at times, so I had to move the antenna to get a clearer sound.
That year, solo artists who were once members of pop and R&B groups became very popular. These included Justin Timberlake, who had the big seller Justified, and Beyoncé with her chart-topping debut Dangerously in Love, which included one of her signature songs, "Crazy in Love." Norah Jones became a superstar after winning the biggest honors at the Grammys, which contributed to her Diamond-certified album Come Away with Me.
50 Cent became the next big thing in hip-hop after his highly successful debut Get Rich or Die Tryin'. Other notable artists during that year were Coldplay, Avril Lavigne, Linkin Park, Evanescence, and many more.

I had a hard time waking up in the morning because I still wanted more sleep. However, I needed to get up so I can prepare for our sign language meeting in the city.

Mountain Terraces

Mountain terraces look beautiful in the eyes. They served as farm lands, and helpful for farmers living in the Cordillera mountain range.
