My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2025

As usual, I went to the construction site on a Wednesday. My sore throat remained, and at night it had worsened. I have cough and colds now. Meanwhile, there has been a number of deliveries during the day. So much dust expected. Workers are smoking badly too, affecting my health. Even with two masks can't prevent the illness, but at least helped.
