Escaping / Saturday / Tourist Center

Escaping

One of the things I learned back then is try to exit when a person is triggering you. I experienced being confronted when I just hoped for freedom. The aggressor has thrown hurtful words. I decided to go away in order to avoid hearing those words so I won't end up speaking words that can hurt too.
The person followed me where I have no choice but stay. I prefer not to say anything other than let the words pass my ears. Of course, it's painful and I cried. It's a reminder to me that no matter how you try to protect your peace from aggressors by escaping, they can't be stopped because all they care about is their pride.

Saturday

Another busy day. I took a rest yesterday but I had quite intense headaches the entire day. It must be the heat or my eyes due to astigmatism. It got a bit better in the evening when I got home from our meeting.

Tourist Center

This area of Capitol Grounds is consider a tourist center. There's even a building constructed for tourist to buy some products as well as for resting.
