Not Healthy
There will come a time when you need to assess who your real friends are. You may have to let go of toxic people because they are not healthy for your mental well-being. They are not worthy of being among the people you love. Remember, those you categorize as loved ones will never try to bring you down or betray you. Your relationship will never be healthy if they only contribute to your pain.
Self-Control
It is important to have self-control at all times. It won't be easy because we are not perfect. There will be situations that test you and make you lose your temper. Still, controlling your rage is the best thing to do. Acting on it will only get you into trouble. When you are mad, you may need to distance yourself from the person provoking you. Breathe deeply and relax. Face the person and talk only when you are no longer angry.
Sunday
I was not feeling very well this morning, so I decided to attend our weekend sign language meeting virtually. My wife attended the meeting physically with her deaf students and my cousin. I feel better after taking medication, and I hope to regain my strength soon.
Beachfront
So, here I am at the beachfront. More than 60 trees were displaced for this project. It is beautiful here, but only at night. It would be much better if there were still a lot of trees.
