People Pleasing

Many people aim for the applause of others as if their lives depend on it. Consequently, they do whatever pleases others, even if it means sacrificing their own well-being. But what is the actual benefit of being a people pleaser?
I know many people who tend to be people pleasers. It isn't healthy for one's mental health because it’s like constantly chasing external validation. If you fail to get that approval, it can potentially trigger depression.
It is better to look within and believe in your own capabilities. Combined with faith, you will go a long way. Your life does not depend on the validation of others. You deserve to be happy without anyone's approval.

Wednesday

We're still here in Zambales, and we're bound to Olongapo for sign language field service. Hence, we woke up earlier than the usual. Tired but fulfilled though I must admit, I'm feeling the exhaustion.

Sweets

We're invited at my brother and his wife's wedding anniversary, and they prepared the sweets corner, perfect before the main course.
