Self-worth

It's tiring being surrounded by toxic people. They make your movements limited. Just when you thought you're already happy and contented with your friends, you'll find out they are not the good ones you once thought. There's a realization that you're being used for many years.

You don't deserve being treated that way. You've been kind, and made them part of your happy days. During the gloom, they're nowhere to be found. Do not let anyone make you lose your self-worth. It's fine to lose friends than lose your sanity.

Tuesday

I was trying to observe how I'm feeling because my body doesn't seem to jive on the weather. We've been having hot daytime when it should be cold. The changing of weather has been affecting everyone, thus the illness season. Anyway, I went to the construction site but I felt bit better after taking paracetamol again.

Beach Weather

It was actually a beach weather with the sun trying to hinder us to bathe. My wife and I pushed through, while other friends stayed in the hut. Another friend followed. While you're in the seawater, it actually defeated the heat.
