When We're Kids

Do you remember those childhood dreams and fantasies, probably influenced by what we saw on TV or others' opinions? I used to wish I had magical powers from watching fantasy movies or commercials. I imagined flying like Superman or Peter Pan. Even in my dreams, I was flying!Here in the Philippines, having fair skin is often preferred over dark or tanned skin. Since I had dark skin when I was young, I hoped to be fairer. I was bullied because of my color and hated being dark. I saw myself as ugly because of my complexion and my skinny frame.However, my views on beauty changed as I grew older. I realized those childhood fantasies are impossible. We are living in real life now, and it’s different from how we saw the world as kids.

Tuesday

I still feel the exhaustion from yesterday but I still have energy for the day. Some of those in our company will be volunteering during the day, while my wife and I, along with a friend, stays in the accommodation due to work and rest. We will be transferring to another town later for another volunteering.

Going to Mount Olis

Mount Olis is indeed a beautiful place worth visiting. You'll pass through those places in the picture which are already eyecandies.
