I've been hearing stories about toxicity with the workplace. In fact, even in the entertainment industry, there are reports of toxic environment. Remember what happened to Ellen DeGeneres' talk show? There has been negative reports, and it also affected the program leading to its end.

Different kinds of harassment is also common in the workplace, whether from a workmate or the employer, or even someone at higher position. It also exist in government institutions. I knew someone who worked hard to get the job in the government. Being a signatory in different projects, he was pressured to sign even there's corruption. His conscience can't handle such wrongdoing, hence he left the job.

Saturday

Woke up early because I'll be delivering a Special Talk in sign language here in Buguias, Benguet. It's so cold especially in the morning as I put on two sweat shirts. It was fun as we had an association after the meeting, and visited a beautiful place in the afternoon.

Dancing Fountain

We saw the dancing fountain by chance because we're not aware of the schedule. It isn't dark yet that time, but it's better at night.
