This war is between those that want freedom and those that will fight to control.
Where are those that just want a peaceful life over that whole conflict?
Many are in the trenches.
They can't fight those wars without weapons, not many city dwellers with kids spend their money on those.
The kids are in the basements with grandma, most likely.
