I often use Burpees as a warm up for my Wing Chun training.

I don't often do it daily, more like 3 times a week, each session no more than 40mins. I do go to failure often. I'm an ectomorph so its very hard for me to build mass, but slowly as i hone in my diet, i have seen some small mass gains on this meat bag. I have to thank my job as a kitchen porter though, it helps me a lot.

What i do have is a good nervous system, so as of recent i've been conditioning myself this way.

I have scheduled a period of push ups, back to basics man. Short pumps are my go to. I don't often go for mass building, more for functional training. I can't do a lot of heavy training though, as my job is very physically strenuous already. But i try, and i fail.
