Yeah i was around lvl 44, just shy of a level.

My gear was absolutely crap because i dislike crafting in any game, so i didn't bother with gear grinding. I didn't want to spend my gold i saved in game and ask an online player from one of them fancy crafting guilds near The Prancing Pony in Bree (major player hub, especially on the Roleplaying servers omg...one time i saw a Hobbit Pub crawl, all players, singing hobbit shit, talking like Frodo and all).

So i just ran around and slapped the crappy mobs...then i got teleported away.

You would enjoy this MMO very much, especially the VIP servers (about £9 subscription fee a month). The VIP servers have been upgraded from 32bit to 64bit. Also they expanded their 2 VIP servers (Angmar, based in America; Mordor, based in Europe)...so now i think there are like 5 VIP 64 bit servers in total now. They will be releasing more up until August this year.

The VIP 64 bit servers are different to your free to play servers. F2P servers are 32bit so the lag is intense...plus the game runs on an old engine and archiac code...so it's not optimized well on modern systems as well as modern servers. But hopefully with more 64bit VIP servers being rolled out, the eternal lag problem that LOTRO is known for will be smoothed out drastically x1000. It's already been smoothed out since the 2 VIP servers were up, and now it's more smoother.

You would enjoy the Dwarf Captain or Warden Class. I would go for the Captain class, which is based off Boromir. Warden class does a lot of combos, and because of the server latency problem, these combos are hard to pull off...so i don't bother. I may go back to playing a Warden...they are fun man. But i like Captains more; they can tank, they are great support healers, they have good dps, and in end game they are most welcome as a support healer/tank.

Look man i found a Chinese hobbit in the game...even sounds like a freshie...
