Yep, there is not enough upvoting going on. People hoard their vote power so they can give a few larger votes. But they can give hundreds of votes at a lower power -- spreading around a much larger part of the payout pool. By being too selective in voting, the automated upvotes and the whale votes have even more influence on the payout pool. I'm voting 100% on all posts that I upvote and 20% on comments.
This is a bit funny but the way i see it...i think a community and hardwork is the key....u just gotta keep on striving along with at least 10 or more people with the same mindset as u...which is 1500 sp....with team work.....each and everyone of them will earn nothing less than 2$ on each of their posts daily

I try to give lots of members a little, maybe tryinf to help to many out, hate running out of Steem lol

I always try to vote for things I like or good comments, but my vote is only worth 0.01, so it really doesn't help anyone :/
