This gave me a good laugh....I once felt like this. My buddy / fellow steemian taught me how to go about cashing out. Felt like some advanced hacking crap at first....but now its pretty easy.
then created another account on https://Luno.com (which serves as the wallet) after which I got an address meant for transactions (very important to save the address)
whenever you need to cash out, visit the blocktrade(input steem/SBD convert to bitcoin or whatever) and get a memo which allows you to trade.
Its quite tricky from here but instructions are written to help you through.

The easiest way for me personally is to convert from steem/sbd to bitcoin via changelly.com then sell for aud bank deposit via localbitcoins.com ..
If your not aussie you could get a btc debit card and its even easier then.
