The story of a drudge
One night Sultan was on his usual command at night and saw a man sleeping near a tandoor He woke him up and asked who he was The man replied that he was a poor drudge who worked all day and slept near the tandoor at night
The Sultan asked how he spent his night in this cold rainfall. The drudge's response shocked the Sultan.
The drudge said," Sir, half the night passes like you, and the other half I spend better than you."
The Sultan asked in surprise," How is that?"
The drudge replied," As long as the tandoor is hot, I enjoy the same sleep as you, and when the tandoor cools down, I get up and start worshipping Allah, which is a better use of time than you."
