LONDON DERBYđ ARSENAL VS CHELSEAđ
Bro that London derby had me sweating the whole time đ Arsenal vs Chelsea on efootball is always messy, but this one was different. I went in thinking Iâd just dominate midfield with Ădegaard like I always do, but nah. First 15 minutes I was struggling bad. Couldnât string two passes together. Ădegaard felt slow, heavy, like every time I tried to control the game with him Chelsea would just cut it out. I kept losing possession in the middle and it was frustrating because the whole plan was to play through him.
So around the 17th minute I just got tired of it and made a change. I dropped Ădegaard deeper and pushed Gen up to AM. Thatâs when everything clicked. Suddenly I had someone who could actually turn with the ball and run at their defense. Didnât take long either â 20th minute, Gen picks it up just outside the box, one-two, and bang. 1:0. I was like okay, weâre in this now. After that goal I still wasnât playing pretty football though. I was just attacking nonstop, not really holding possession. It felt like I was rushing everything, like if I slowed down Chelsea would come back. So I just kept pressing, kept forcing it, even if half the chances were trash.
Second half was just me trying not to bottle it. Chelsea kept coming at me and I was spending most of the time defending with my back to the wall. I had chances to make it 2 but I was playing them too fast, not taking my time to pick the right pass. It was looking like it would end 1:0 and Iâd be stressed till the final whistle. Then 80th minute happened. One counter, quick ball to the wing, cross in, and that was the match winner. 2:0. I exhaled so loud my roommate probably heard me đ
Winning a derby 2:0 always feels good, especially when you had to figure it out mid-game. Ădegaard didnât work in midfield for me today but moving Gen to AM saved the whole match. Wasnât clean, wasnât tactical masterclass, but a winâs a win. You been playing the derby in efootball too? Chelsea players are annoying online I swear
