The world seems to be divided between those who earn a dividend, and those who make it possible for others to earn one.

Because of course, those without the capital to put others to work only earn a wage — unlike the one who pays them and collects dividends.

The curious thing is that almost always, whoever accumulated or inherited enough capital to earn dividends didn't always get it honestly.

In many cases it was a brilliant, innovative business idea, but in most cases it was simply having the backing of influential people or having privileged information.

Like on Hive, where those with good relationships with influential people get their projects funded even when those projects have no justification, no real use, and sometimes no results at all.

The world is what it is, and it will always be trash, as the tango Cambalache used to say so well.

El Mundo parece estar dividido entre quiénes obtienen un dividendo, y quiénes hacen posible que aquellos lo obtengan.
Porque claro, quiénes no tienen el capital para hacer trabajar a otros, solo obtienen un sueldo, a diferencia del que los paga y obtiene dividendos.

Lo curioso es que casi siempre, quien acumuló o heredó un capital suficiente para obtener dividendos, no siempre lo obtuvo de forma honesta.

En muchos casos fue una idea de negocios innovadora y brillante, pero en la mayoría simplemente fue tener el respaldo de personas influyentes o tener información privilegiada.

Como en Hive, quienes tienen buenas relaciones con personas influyentes consiguen financiamiento de sus proyectos aunque éstos no tengan ninguna justificación, ninguna utilidad y a veces ningún resultado.

El mundo es como es, y será siempre una porquería como bien decía el Tango Cambalache.
