When he stole the cash register, he had no idea that stealing also requires both physical and mental effort.

He never imagined that the last days of the month are the worst time to steal, since people normally rely on their credit cards because the damn government thinks minimum wage is enough to live on.

On top of that, the cash register turned out to be pretty heavy, and running off with it nearly gave him heart palpitations — no doubt about it, you need to be in shape to be a good thief.

As a result, when he opened the register, he found nothing but a mess of thermal receipt paper and a handful of coins that together weren't even enough for a Big Mac combo.

The next day, he headed to the employment office. He had no intention of ending up behind bars over a fistful of worthless paper and a cash register he couldn't even sell.
