Have a stress free day

Whatever your job, you must have experienced stress. There are various kinds of stress that we face every day. However, how we manage stress becomes a positive thing.

The emergence of stress is usually caused by a discrepancy between expectations and reality. In a romantic relationship, you may expect a beautiful relationship, but the reality is different. This can make you disappointed with your partner.

In work or business, you often find that your efforts are not successful. You feel failed and stressed. Does stress harm you mentally? If the stress is still at the surface level, you are still safe. However, if stress makes you physically change, you should start calming down or consult a psychiatrist.

To live without stress

You need to do a number of things so you don't get stressed. First, you have to hang out with lots of friends. You don't choose friends who have the same hobby. You should try talking to your neighbors. You may need to sit back and drink coffee and tell stories that have nothing to do with the thing that is stressing you out. You may need to smoke a cigarette or two when you are chatting with friends.

Second, you have to do physical activities such as sports or work that uses your muscles. This is important so that your body's metabolism is accelerated and can burn calories. When you feel physically tired, you may fall asleep.

Finally, you have to think about your problem from a different perspective. You will find some answers to your problems. If you can't think, don't think. You have to be able to let go of what has to happen. Whatever you do if something unpleasant is going to happen you can't just do it. You need to learn to accept reality without being pressured.

I'm glad someone talked about stress...so many people tend to overlook this as a topic, forgetting atleast 120,000 people die as a result of work related stress.
Well, for me I get really stressed out alot of times😅 but i discovered a way to always get myself relieved which is playing some relaxing musics ,watching random funny videos, sometimes sleeping and this has always worked for me, so I just feel u should carry out some stress reliving exercises that works best for you and you should be fine! 🤝

THANKS, i usually walk in the morning to enjoy the morning sunlight. this is simple exercise to make my mind calmed
