Hive-Engine Token Economy

Hive-engine is the smart contract on Hive to create some projects based on tokenization.

Here, I would like to share my opinion about hive-engine token economy. There are thousands of tokens in hive-engine. Most of the tokens are worthless. What's wrong with the tokens? The tokens have no economic value.

Economy is interrelated activities that cause demand and suply of the token. It is not balance when the creation of tokens continue, while the use of the token is zero. What a developer need is an economic ecosystem. SPT and SPS token have their own economic ecosystem with splinterland game. it is one reason why SPT and SPS have high liquidity in the pool.

There are some too many tokens that have no economic ecoystems. The only ecosystem is blogging. It will give no value for the token. Besides blogging, a developer should create an ecosystem for the token. The ecosystem will mantain the demand.

If a token has only blogging ecosystem, Hive users will not be interested to the token because the reward in HBD and Hive is higher. What is an idea of an ecosystem for a token? Marketplace is a cool option I think. A developer can create microjob marketplace that uses hive-engine token as the payment. The marketplace can also be for digital and non-digital products like clothes, books, photos, and merchandises.

An economic ecosystem will make hive-engine token in demand.
