Staking Cards

In Stakehouse Den, players stake cards to earn Hotsauce tokens. These soulbound tokens are used to bet on games to earn Colony tokens when players win.

Card Merging

Merged cards generate more Hotsauce and is more efficient. Since players need to stake Script tokens for each card staked, a card that earns more Hotsauce per one Script token is more efficient than single cards.

Consider the example below:

A regular foil level one legendary cards earns the same as a rare card (2 Hotsauce) while a level two earns ten Hotsauce tokens compared to level two rare that earns two and a half Hotsauce tokens.

Staking My Cards

I staked all my rare cards since they are my best earning cards at 2 Hotsauce.

I have now generated around 45 Hotsauce tokens but I can't claim them all because I only staked 2 Script tokens. I need to stake 4 more Script to claim all the Hotsauce generated.

In addition, my Hotsauce cap is only at 50. I would need to expand my refrigerator to hold more Hotsauce. I'll buy more storage capacity to hold 450 Hotsauce.

Transferring Script Tokens

I transferred 4.5 Script to my game account. This puts my liquid Script total to 5 tokens.

Expanding My Refrigerator Capacity and Staking More Script Tokens

Refrigerator storage can be bought from the in-game shop for one Script.

I also staked 4 Script tokens to be able to claim all my Hotsauce.

After doing the above steps, I was able to claim all my Hotsauce tokens and my refrigerator was also expanded to hold up to 450 Hotsauce.

What's Next?

At the moment, I'll just keep collecting Hotsauce. I may also buy more packs and expand my refrigerator further. The actual game may go live soon so I'll have enough Hotsauce tokens when the time comes to place my bets.
