Djinn Muirat: The Anti-Magic Tank

Hello Splinterlands warriors and welcome back to my blog!
Djinn Muirat is a Legendary Death unit from the Chaos Legion edition. He is a high mana, defense oriented unit designed particularly to counter magic heavy teams. His combination of Armor and Void Armor makes him especially effective against magic attacks. With Void Armor, magic damage hits his armor before his health, giving him considerably more durability against magic based opponents. Further, he has Magic Reflect that returns damage to magic attackers. In today's post, we'll go over his lore, his stats & abilities and show a battle where he's used effectively.
Lore
Djinn Muirat’s origins are mysterious, with legends claiming he was born from death and darkness, an underground rift or the necrotic breath of a great dark dragon. He rules from the Palace of Bone deep beneath Mortis, commanding hundreds of servants and protecting its ancient treasures and secrets. Even powerful creatures like Gamadan the Earthquake have fallen before him, with Muirat defeating the great serpent dragon in a single blow. His arrival brings terror, earning him names such as “The Nightmare in Bone.”
Stats and Abilities

Djinn Muirat is a nine mana, legendary Death unit from the Chaos Legion set. At maxed levels, his stats and abilities are impressive...designed for a defensive anti-magic tank. He deals three magic damage himself but not as fast with only two speed. His defense is excellent with four armor and eight health. Combined with his armor, he has Void Armor ability to defend against magic attacks. He also has Magic Reflect that returns damage against magic attackers. Further, he has Forcefield, limiting the damage dealt by five attack or more to one. In addition, he has Knock Out that deals double damage to stunned targets. Lastly, he has Giant Killer that also deals double damage to units with ten mana or more.
Featured Battle

The featured battle is Wands Out where Djinn Muirat will shine as a tank. His Void Armor ability will be a key defensive tool to help his team win against enemy magic attackers. Player jorgelioschomp had him as a tank in his team followed by other magic attackers who all deal two magic damage. Behind him was Dark Arborist who has Magic Reflect. Then Silverleaf Warlock follows who increase the team's speed. Next is Arachne Weaver who is the team's healer. Lastly, Kaori Matsune debuffs the enemy team's magic attack.
His enemy also had the Death team but had no proper tank. He has a Taunt unit but no healer to sustain him. Even though his team was faster, not having a tank put him at a disadvantage against jorgelioschomp.
