This meme culture has entered the blockchain and web3 world, and you may have noticed, making it a playground for meme culture. It works like a community driver and plays a role more than just an entertainer.

Meme turned into a movement in web3

While web2 gave us the moments that went viral but it turned into a movement when it entered web3. This is called revolution, and let's check the examples of it. There are many started as jokes, for example, pepe, doge, and shiba, and now they are real cryptocurrency currencies with nice market caps that are even more than the hive market cap, and also they have big communities. So you can see how powerful the meme cultures are, and they are even beating the Web3 icon hive. But do not worry, Hive is also showing growth because it is the most important community in Web 3 and is developing something very special.

One meme can do a thing that even a powerful marketing campaign with lots of ads with heavy expense can't do. You can say this is like a masterstroke and a booster for marketing. In web 2 social media sites, memes can float around for entertainment purposes, and it has nothing to do with the economy, but when it enters in blockchain world, it can be minted as a unique token, which is called a non-fungible token, and also it can be turned into a meme coin. Joke is not a joke in the blockchain world, but it is something else, and we have seen multiple examples of it in the past and are also seeing it now.

A best onboarding tool?
